Several hours later, both Wild and Angel returned back from their night out. Both of them groaning, they both collapsed directly on the bed. "Wild, why did you have to fight those two...?" Angel asks, a hint of how tired she was from everything.

"We didn't have much on us...besides they threw me..." Wild responds back, rubbing his back as the jacket he wore was slightly torn up. "It's not like anyone saw me shift..."

"Yeah...thanks at least for going along with it," Angel states, rolling over so she could get to the bed's edge and sit herself up. "I'm glad we spent a normal day...or at least one as normal as we could get."

"Sure thing...night..." Wild mutters, slowly crawling to the pillow and passing out.

"Hey!" Angel exclaims as she looks back over, seeing him fall asleep. Shaking her head, Angel stood herself up and walked over to the bathroom. Undressing herself from the night's clothes, she stopped to look at herself in the mirror. All across her body, white scars were visible on her chest and back. Slowly tracing across one scar on her side, a look of sadness appeared on her face as she remembered briefly that day.

Explosions rocked across the building, as Angel looked outside the window to see a fight between the Barcalow Knights and the Rangers. The Knights were being quite aggressive, as they attacked the Rangers from all angles. Missile fire rained down on the nearby buildings, as Angel looked out in shock. Calming herself quickly, she looked to her young students. "Everyone, we need to leave now." As she finished, a missile struck the floor above as they heard screams on the floor above. Moving quickly, Angel guided her students out of her classroom, before seeing a light fixture breaking above the last of the students. Reacting quickly, she moved above the child and took the impact of the fixture landing on her back, pieces of glass stabbing into her shoulder.

Shaking her head quickly, Angel splashed her face with water, and sighed. "Wild...why did you really do this to me? Why did you save me that day? At least the scars are going away slowly."

A small smile appeared as she checked her arms to see the scars had gone away. Even the worst scars on her arms were nearly gone. Dressing herself for sleep, Angel shut off the lights and sat on the other side of the bed. Placing a hand on his head, Angel smiled a little at the man that saved her life and stayed to make sure she was safe. "Wild...thanks," Angel muttered, crawling underneath the covers and closing her eyes, never breaking contact with him.
